How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Clubsapart Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What can I raise with you?

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when contacting Clubsapart Plumbing or phoning the number on the site
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

What if my problem is with the plumber?

Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They answer for their estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Clubsapart Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How do I file a complaint?

Email contact@clubsapart.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What happens after I send it?

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

What if I am still unhappy?

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
