You should know how Clubsapart Plumbing works and how we get paid. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What is Clubsapart Plumbing, exactly?

Clubsapart Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not perform emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair, water heater work or any other plumbing service.

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How do you make money?

Clubsapart Plumbing may be paid by providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send their way. Payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Are the providers part of Clubsapart Plumbing?

No. Providers are independent businesses, not employees, agents or partners of Clubsapart Plumbing. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, permits, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement or a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

Do I have to hire the provider?

No. You are never required to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Are calls recorded?

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
